What Can I Expect?

You can expect a variety of cardio vascular and conditioning exercises inlcuding running, agility drills, plyometric exercises, balance and stabilty based movements, boxing with your trainer.

Is Every Session Identical?

No, we like to vary the sessions and mix it up to keep you on your toes. While you will become very familiar with our catalogue of exercises and drills the variety is designed to challenge you and push you a little further each time

What If It Rains?

Rain, hail or shine we train. We are fortunate to have a undercover area at the park that we can shelter under. Often in very hot summery conditions the training is also adapted to suit this type of weather

What Do I Bring?

A towel, water bottle and yourself. Some attendees have been known to bring their housemates!

Do I Need To Be Fit To Join?

No, we can monitor your progress throughout the session. Our session numbers are capped at 15 participants so that you feel safely guided.
