Shape Shifters Group Training (Boot Camp) is a 55 minute group training session with a Personal Trainer and suitable for all fitness levels. The group is capped at 15 participants to provide a safe and effective workout for all participants. The training is a varied mixture of cardio and conditioning exercises, agility drills, plyometrics, boxing, core work and stretching. We train at Citizens Park AKA City Reserve in Richmond corner Church and Highett streets.
