Favourite form of exercise: I love it all! I play netball and basketball and love
aerobics, boxing and running. Favourite treat meal: Has to be lollies....and chocolate...;-)
Favourite team? Melbourne Demons and Melbourne Vixens. Sporting hero: Michael Jordan, simply the best and Pat Rafter, great player, even better guy :-) Motto: "Your mind will give up before your body does" Most annoying habit: I love exercise Linda
Bio
As a junior I played competitive tennis and dreamt of one day winning
Wimbledon. That didn't quite work out for me, fortunately I realised
that I could share my love of exercise in the fitness industry. Seeing
people turn their lives around or even just loving life a little more
because of a regular exercise routine makes my heart smile. By day I

About Me
Favourite form of exercise? I teach Body Attack, Body Pump and Body Balance classes. Love cycling beach road, triathlons in summer & thai boxing session with my personal trainer. Don't mind the odd tennis, indoor rock climbing and running sesh! Favourite treat meal: Changes often! Loving a good meal out at Supermaxi or Bosistos. Footy Team: Carlton Footy Club Sporting hero: Steffi Graf. Massive fan of Mish Bridges, Richard Branson and Juddy! My personal belief: I would never ask my clients to do something I wouldn't be prepared to do myself. Most annoying habbit: I'm terrible at counting
