NutritionOf course we could sit here and bang on about how exercise helps boost your energy, burn calories, clear your mind, reduce stress, increase muscle mass.... Let's be honest, if your diet is mostly take out, restaurant dinners and processed junk food you are right up against it especially if your with the majority of people who want to lose weight and even maintain a healthy weight. We're not saying you can't go out to restaurants or have the take out every now and then because really life's all about balance and we don't believe in starving ourselves of fun altogether. We do believe in discipline! Discipline over your food choices from day to day is absolutely crucial, in fact more crucial than your ability to exercise a handful of times on a week to week basis. Look, we're only Personal Trainers, we are not claiming to be Nutritionists or Dietitians but we'll help you get your head around food labels and help you with simple healthy eating tips and pass on a few helpful things we know about the body's energy systems. Often we have clients that require a little more TLC with a specialist health practitioner and we'll be glad to point you in the right direction.
