We are located at Citizens Park in Richmond. The duration of your session is based on your needs and goals. 3, 5 and 10 Packs are available for 30min, 45min  and 1 hour sessions or you can pay as you go. 
 
Before you decide on a pack we'll meet up, discuss your goals , you will get a feel for us and our training style. To help you get started we'll do a session and you can decide from there if you would like to continue with us and which pack will fit with your goals.

One Week – One Program $99

One hour Phone or Skype meeting where we analyse your diet or fitness profile, identify any roadblocks to success, and discuss your diet or fitness plan. Customized diet plan or fitness program emailed to you. Yours to keep.

 

4 Week Program $199

  • One phone or Skype meeting per week for four weeks.
  • Specifically designed workout program, tailored to your needs
  • Diet analysis and eating plan, customised according to your goals.
  • Your progress is tracked and programs are monitored and reviewed in weekly phone hook-ups.
  • All diet plans and programs are yours to keep.

8 Week Program $349

  • One phone or Skype meeting per week for four weeks.
