Shape Shifters Boot Camps

Dawn: Tuesday and Thursday Mornings 6.05am -7am

Twilight: Monday and Wednesday Evenings 7pm - 8pm

Our boot camp is varied with a mixture of cardio and conditioning exercises, agility drills, plyometrics, boxing, core work are utilised in the session. Finished with a short stretch.

How Do I Join?

We accept term bookings and have room for casuals who have busy work and travel commitments.
