Dawn: Tuesday and Thursday Mornings 6.05am -7am
Twilight: Monday and Wednesday Evenings 7pm - 8pm
Our boot camp is varied with a mixture of cardio and conditioning exercises, agility drills, plyometrics, boxing, core work are utilised in the session. Finished with a short stretch.
How Do I Join?

The term payment covers 2 sessions per week for the course of the term. Newcomers are welcome to attend a trial session and join as casuals mid term
